after flying between continents, i can affirm that home is where the internet connection is.

the last thing i did before leaving melbourne was disconnecting from the web, and the first thing i did when i arrived home was get online.

i’ve never changed the time on my computer when i arrived in melbourne 2 years ago, it always remained on local time. and now that i’m back, i strangely thought that the time on my computer reflected melbourne’s time and i added 3 hours to compute the local time, which isn’t entirely wrong because since i barely touched down, i am still on melbourne’s local time. so it is actually 4am now!
